Andy's uncle Dean had business in Switzerland and decided during a free weekend, he'd bop down to Italy for a quick visit.
After a morning practice on Saturday, we lunched and grabbed the train for Rome. The weather was subpar (windy and overcast) but we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. Andy, Dean, Murphy and I did some serious touring of the Colosseum, had a casual 3+ hour meal at Cul-de-Sac, grabbed gelato, hit up the Spanish steps and headed back toGermany Termini for our trip home.
It was #sogreat (we gave Dean a lesson in social media that continued throughout the weekend - life learner) to have a visitor and we're super thankful he could make the trip down!
